Oversee a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Monitor account performance metrics and provide performance reports to clients. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through new solutions. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Maintain updated knowledge of our products, solutions, and industry trends. Evaluate client feedback and relay insights for continuous service improvements. Handle customer requests with a problem-solving attitude and a sense of urgency. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven work experience as a B2B Account Manager or similar role. Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships. Ability to act as a consultant and identify client-specific solutions. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to enhance satisfaction. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients. Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and leadership levels. Result-driven mindset with a focus on client success and satisfaction.
