HR & Admin Assistant
Description
· Answering phone calls and handling the company’s emails. · Preparing quotations and handling sales orders and LPO. · Supporting the sales team with specification documentation. · Handling the company’s professional certifications and renewal processes. · In charge of office supplies purchase. · Assisting in some HR functions like: EID and labor cards issuing and renewals, EOSS calculation, cash advancement, and payroll. Preparing HR letters. Requirements · Available in Dubai; preference will be given to those available to join immediately. · English is a must; Arabic is a plus. · BA in Engineering, Business, Management, or a similar field. · Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience; preference for candidates who have experience in the wood industry. · Good communication and organizational skills. · Teamwork and strong prioritization skills.
