We’re seeking a seasoned and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager with proven experience working in Real Estate Developer environment. Ideal candidates will have a solid background managing off-plan and ready-sale projects, guiding clients through every stage—from initial inquiry to handover and after-sales support. You’ll be the primary liaison between high-value clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service across the property lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Relationship Management Serve as main contact for buyers, investors, brokers within off-plan and developed projects. Build trust-driven relationships through regular engagement, timely updates, and personalized attention Lifecycle Project Coordination Manage all client touchpoints from pre-sales (unit selection, payment milestones, contracts) to post-handover (inspections, snagging, occupancy). Ensure seamless coordination with Construction, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Care departments to deliver timely milestone updates. Client-Centric Communication Conduct site visits, milestone briefings, and handover walkthroughs, addressing client concerns with urgency and empathy. Provide clear updates on off-plan progress, construction timelines, and customization opportunities. Sales & Investor Support Collaborate closely with Sales in lead-to-close processes: proposals, pricing, payment plan negotiation, financing guidance, and closing documentation. Assist in generating off-plan and secondary sales, working with brokers and internal sales teams to hit targets. After-Sales & Retention Handle post-handover client care—snag resolution, facility coordination, and issue tracking to ensure long-term satisfaction. Foster deeper loyalty by identifying upsell opportunities (e.g., upgrades, referrals, community events). CRM & Reporting Excellence Maintain thorough CRM documentation: interactions, payment status, timelines, requests, escalations. Produce weekly/monthly performance reports: sales pipeline, satisfaction KPIs, milestone tracking. Market Intelligence & Advisory Stay current on regional development trends, competitor pipelines, and regulatory shifts. Offer advisories to clients on investment timing, off-plan vs. secondary market dynamics, and project value insights. Qualifications & Skills 3–5+ years’ experience at a real estate developer , ideally in a client-facing or project sales/after-sales role. Native-level Arabic , fluent in English (spoken and written). Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors . Deep understanding of real estate development—off-plan projects, milestone delivery, handover. Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder with a polished demeanor. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; experience with developer-specific platforms a plus. Strong organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-first mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
