Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer communications (calls, emails, live chat)Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently Maintain CRM records (Zendesk/Salesforce) with 100% accuracy Process orders, returns, and service requests Gather and report customer feedback to relevant teams Achieve KPIs for response time and satisfaction ratings Upsell additional services/products when appropriate Requirements️ Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)️ Experience2+ years in customer service (tech industry a plus) UAE/GCC experience preferred ️ Technical Skills: CRM software proficiency Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Basic troubleshooting skills ️ Soft Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal/written) Patience and problem-solving abilities Fluent English + Arabic (preferred) Why Join Us?
