Job Description - General Accountant (Record To Report Specialist) (MEA011V2) Job Number: MEA011V2 Work Locations UAE Shared Service Centre Ras Al Khaimah Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Al Maareedh Street Ras Al Khaimah Position Summary The RTR Specialist is responsible for supporting the hotels supported by the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC). Key responsibilities include: Month-end closing activities Financial reporting Balance Sheet reconciliation Tax reporting and VAT reconciliation Reviewing hotel P&L and preparing adjustments Preparing hotel monthly financial reports Preparing the Daily Cash journal Supporting internal and external audit documentation Other operational tasks as required Qualifications and Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and challenge processes Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical skills with large data sets Team player with remote collaboration skills Ability to learn and perform essential functions independently after training Solid accounting knowledge Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of financial and DMS systems, particularly Navision and Docuware What is it like to work for Hilton?
