French Speaking Trainer - Egypt - Immediate Joiner We are seeking a dynamic and experienced French Speaking Trainer to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering training within BPO or call center environments and possess excellent communication skills in French at a C1 level. This role requires someone who can onboard, coach, and upskill customer service professionals to meet performance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in French for new hires and existing staff. Design and update training materials, modules, and assessments tailored to BPO/call center operations. Conduct needs analysis and identify skill gaps to improve team performance. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with business goals. Provide ongoing coaching and refresher sessions to ensure continuous improvement. Requirements: 3–6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a training role within a BPO or call center environment. Proficiency in French (C1 level) – both spoken and written. Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage training schedules and adapt to fast-paced environments. Must be currently based in Egypt and available to join immediately. Preferred: Experience with customer service or technical support processes. Familiarity with e-learning tools and digital training platforms.
