Role Overview The People Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping Innovo Group’s culture, supporting employees, and ensuring effective HR practices. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced business environment , understands talent management, and is passionate about driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering a positive work culture and engagement. Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning. Manage key HR functions , including talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Support recruitment efforts , ensuring a seamless hiring experience and attracting top talent. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. Assist with learning & development initiatives, enabling employees to grow and excel in their roles. Collaborate with the wider HR team to streamline HR processes, policies, and compliance . Provide insights on organizational design and workforce planning to optimize team structures. Lead change management efforts , ensuring employees are supported through transitions and business shifts. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of HR or people-focused experience within a professional services or B2B company . Familiarity with the construction or built environment industry is highly desirable. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee needs and business priorities. Proven track record in employee engagement, talent development, and HR strategy execution . Ability to build relationships , collaborate across teams, and act as a strategic HR partner. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey HR policies and initiatives effectively. Experience managing HR processes, compliance, and best practices in a growing organization .
