This is not a hybrid or remote role Travel: Occasional About Summer Academy Summer Academy is a leading education consultancy based in Dubai, with operations across Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. We specialise in connecting students aged 12–18 with top summer school programmes globally. As we expand our presence in the region, we are looking to grow our outreach and relationship-building capabilities with schools across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The Role We are seeking a motivated Admissions Manager with a keen interest in education and student recruitment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in the education sector, eager to learn, and comfortable speaking with schools and families. This role offers significant career growth opportunities for someone looking to develop into a senior sales or partnerships role in the future. Please note: This role doesnot involve working with agents or channel partners. What will you be doing? Support senior team members in identifying and reaching out to schools across the UAE and the wider region Assist in building and maintaining relationships with counsellors, coordinators, and other school stakeholders Present summer school programme offerings to students and parents during school fairs and information sessions Attend education exhibitions and support follow-ups with interested families and school contacts Prepare basic proposals and assist in drafting partnership documents Maintain records of communication and follow-ups using CRM tools What do we expect from you? 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles—ideally in the education or service sector Some exposure to working with schools, counsellors, or educational institutions in the UAE or Middle East Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering presentations Proactive and willing to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Comfortable working towards monthly and quarterly targets Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage Understanding or interest in summer schools, UK/US education systems, or international student recruitment is a plus What do we offer?
