Dynamic CRM Consultant

Job Title: Dynamic CRM Consultant Job Purpose: Enhance the currently implemented Dynamics 365 CRM system by adding new functionalities and features through configuration and customizations. Key Responsibilities: Implementation of functionalities, customizations, and provide end user support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Develop and manage CRM integrations with Dynamics 365 Fin Ops and other business systems. Conduct ongoing software maintenance and upgrades. Coordinate with departments and end users to understand business requirements and translate into functional / technical solutions. Prepare technical reports, training materials, documentation and provide training to end users on business systems. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the business solutions meet the end-user needs, improve efficiency and achievement of all business objectives. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager. Job Requirement: A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, customization, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration experience with Microsoft and with other Business System Products. Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform Products. Experience in Document Core Pack and Share Point will be an advantage.
