Boat Rigger

We are seeking a reliable and mechanicallyskilled Boat Rigger to join our marineoperations team. The Boat Rigger is responsible for preparing newand used boats for delivery by installing motors rigging controlswiring electronics and ensuring all systems are properly configuredand tested. Key Responsibilities: Install outboard and inboard engines steering systemscontrols and related components. Set up and test electronic systems including GPS sonarlighting and radios. Install and configure accessories such as trolling motorstrim tabs jack plates power poles and other marinehardware. Connect fuelsystems batteries pumps and wiring harnesses. Perform water tests and operational checks toensure proper rigging and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issuesbefore delivery to customers. Ensure all rigging work meets manufacturer specificationsand safety standards. Maintain clean organized rigging workspaces and properlystore tools and equipment. Assist with the delivery and staging of boats trailers andparts. Keep detailedrecords of work performed using service or rigging forms. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in boatrigging marine service or a related technical role. Familiarity with marine engineselectrical systems fuel systems and electronicsinstallation. Strongmechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read wiring diagrams technicalmanuals and rigging instructions. Certification from engine or electronics manufacturers(Yamaha Mercury Garmin etc.) is a plus. Comfortable using hand and powertools. Ability to liftheavy objects and work in tight spaces. High school diploma or equivalent required;technical or vocational training preferred. Valid drivers license; boating license orexperience operating boats is aplus.
