About The Role: We’re looking for a curious, motivated Junior Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator to join our Dubai studio and support our growing marketing and design efforts. This role is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career creative who is eager to learn, explore, and grow within a collaborative team. If you’re passionate about graphic design, web design, and social media marketing, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing visuals for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications Assisting in content creation and posting on platforms like Instagram and Linked In Helping plan and maintain the content calendar Supporting the team with web updates and content management (e.g., Shopify, CMS) Maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs Assisting with presentations, proposals, and design assets for internal and client use Writing captions and short-form content for digital platforms Staying curious, keeping an eye on design, social media, and tech trends What You Bring: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools Confidence using digital platforms and AI tools like Chat GPT A good eye for design, layout, and brand alignment Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills Bonus points for photography, video editing, or UX knowledge What We Offer: Competitive salary, recognizing the dedication you invest.
