As a Key Account Sales Specialist at bfound, you will generate revenue by selling media advertising, content production, and digital marketing services to medium, large, and multinational businesses across the UAE . With uncapped commission potential, top performers earn up to and beyond 35,000 AED monthly. Prerequisites and experience Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, media services, or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly selling services rather than products. UAE driving license and your own car (mandatory). Demonstrated success in working with large businesses and multinational corporations. Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling . Roles and responsibilities Targeting decision-makers : Proactively identify and schedule meetings with marketing managers, CMOs, or similar key stakeholders. Present bfound’s digital marketing solutions effectively, demonstrating how our services can solve client challenges and enhance ROI. Develop detailed campaign briefs and maintain accurate records in the internal CRM system. Build and nurture a robust prospect list, ensuring ongoing engagement with potential clients. Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, maximizing account growth. Deliver tailored recommendations for digital advertising solutions to address client-specific goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock unlimited earning potential.
