Job Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, with a preference for candidates with proven success cases. 2+ years of team management experience is preferred. - Familiarity with mainstream marketing tools and a basic sense of design aesthetics. - Strong execution and stress management skills, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks. - Creative mindset, understanding of social media dynamics, and sensitivity to trends. - Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize campaigns through A/B testing.
