Workflow Automation & AI Specialist (onsite or remote)

We're looking for a hands-on Workflow Automation & AI Specialist to help us design and build smart internal systems using no-code tools and AI. You'll work across process automation, basic interface generation, and light web deployment, contributing to a variety of digital builds. This is a hands-on role where you'll use a mix of automation, AI, and no-code tools to streamline workflows. What You'll Do Design, build, and test automations using no-code and low-code tools Help structure internal workflows and simplify operations using AI and logic Connect systems across tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, and others Recommend and implement AI-driven enhancements (e.g., smart replies, content helpers) Use AI design tools (Framer AI, Uizard, etc.) to create basic layouts for forms or dashboards Deploy simple landing pages or internal tools using no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer Document and maintain automated systems for ongoing use Requirements Have 2+ years building workflows with tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n Have worked with AI tools (Open AI, Claude, etc.) to automate or enhance tasks Can spin up functional sites or tools using platforms like Webflow, Framer, or Softr Think in systems and enjoy simplifying manual or repetitive work Communicate clearly and take ownership of delivery Experience working on dashboards, lead-generation flows, or internal tools Ability to write lightweight scripts (Java Script or Python) when needed Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting This job posting is active and currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
