The ideal Property Manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, team management, good knowledge of lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team. Responsibilities include: Research sales consultants’ needs and identify and address the solutions. Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives. Focus on self and team targets. Coordinate with other professionals, developers, consultants, clients, and mortgage brokers to facilitate smooth transactions. Desired Candidate Profile: A Bachelor's degree is required in any field (preferred). Five or more years of experience in managing sales in the Real Estate industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal regulations.
