Operations Manager - Fit Out

Job Opportunity: Fit-Out Operations Manager An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced fit-out Operations Manager with approximately 20 years of experience in the fit-out of high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple managers and departments for the execution of turnkey interior-fit-out projects in the GCC. Previous hands-on experience along with good leadership and communication skills are essential. You will be working with veteran carpentry and paint production managers, and will need both tact and resolve to address any and all issues. Key Responsibilities: Assist in establishing and ensuring compliance with operational unit's shorter and long-term goals aligned with overall corporate objectives. Improve logistics and overall manufacturing to site structure. Plan, staff, and supervise all assigned work, establishing a network of continuous information and data between the commercial, design, procurement, and production departments. Provide operational and resource support to various projects. Develop a strong field force for various sites by monitoring the availability and flow of personnel as well as assigning teams to projects.
