This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of our company with clear structures and a process-oriented way of working. Your area of responsibility: Administrative tasks: processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, maintaining personnel files, recording receipts and managing inventory. Secretarial and assistant duties: Supporting the management by writing letters, emails, notes and minutes. Customer contact: Direct and telephone communication with customers on organizational issues in order to offer efficient solutions. Event management: Support in the organization of trips and seminars, especially for national and international projects.
