Responsibilities include: Application production support within the ITIL framework. Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance. Application performance tuning and optimization. Resolving tickets with quality and within SLA. Proactive monitoring and incident analysis. Workflow maintenance and configuration. Reporting tools expertise: MS Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Qlik View. Debugging report and dashboard issues. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: Sybase IQ, Oracle, MSSQL, SAP HANA, Postgre SQL, Hive. Proficiency in Hive queries. Experience with Windows and Unix commands. Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica Power Center / BDM is a plus.
