We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience across various platforms. Marketing Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies Create and execute social media plans aligned with business goals. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize strategies. Content Creation and Curation Curate and share relevant third-party content that aligns with the brand. Social Media Management Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linked In, etc.). Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Foster community interaction and build relationships with followers. Analytics and Reporting Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Trend Monitoring and Research Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools. Research and identify new opportunities for engagement and growth. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative projects. Brand Awareness and Promotion Enhance brand presence and awareness through innovative social media strategies. Promote products, services, and events effectively across social platforms. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Follow best practices for social media marketing and ethical standards. Qualifications for Social Media Assistant: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing. Experience in customer service and community management.
