Inside Sales Executive
Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive technology product and service sales through inbound and outbound channels. Success in this role requires a proactive attitude, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Below are the key responsibilities for the role: Identify and develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads for the Sales team. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects via Linked In, company websites, and other social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and conversion strategies. Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Engage with prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings to move them through the sales funnel. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and consistently work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets.
