KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: STRATEGIC: Roll out the strategic priorities by subchannel & put into motion the plans to deliver the e Commerce growth across markets & categories. Develop the activation plans (primary & secondary) and calendar across platforms and lock the respective media elements enabling growth in sell-in, sell-out & share Lay out the promotional plans across markets based on driving the strategic objectives: Driving consumption, trade up, trade in, trade across etc. Adapt the local (offline) promo schemes to fit within the online promo strategy Cultivate solid business partnerships with key partners across sub-channels driven by a value-added mindset and foster long-term collaborations. Track competitors’ activities and evaluate their performance and strategy ensuring that Americana safeguards its position as the leader within its online footprint. Introduce online exclusive offerings and generate “top spin” activation/promotional campaigns Review, measure, and assess online campaigns Steer & manage media counterpart ensuring activation plans are set and executed. Budget/D&A setup & management ensuring a fitted allocation across markets, subchannels and categories. Drive spend optimizations reinforcing the channel’s profitability Collaborate with the respective e Com channel managers enabling them to deliver the AOP targets across geos while upscaling their competencies. Gather data & insights steering the business in the right direction. Identify new areas of e Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking. Build business review decks to be presented to the key internal stakeholders Lead on key regional projects to deliver above and beyond budget OPERATIONAL: Safeguard the locking and management of key BDAs ensuring favourable rebate structures, terms and counterparts. Establish and maintain cross-functional workflows with the different departments (Sales, Marketing/TM, Finance, Demand Planning, Logistics, etc.) to manage and enhance the respective business areas to fit the channel’s specifics. Ensure targets are being delivered across categories with daily tracking across key geographies. Lead the development of key activities and plans across subchannels and coordinate with local channel managers & key partners to deliver wining campaigns. Secure MSL listings and fair share of space within pure play. Drive operational excellence to enhance SL working closely with customer service, supply chain and finance. Calibrate order management processes reducing lead time in deliveries and increasing fill rates. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelors / Master’s degree in business or related field Experience: 10 years+ with at least 4-5 years of experience in e Commerce, with 2 years as e Commerce Manager/Lead.
