Description
Job Responsibilities Greet and receive patients and their escorts. Attend to patients approaching the front desk for check-in and check-out, inquiries, and related matters in line with organizational policies. Answer patients’ queries regarding services and medical insurance procedures, including approvals, follow-ups, rejections, and payments. Ensure that patients are accommodated without delay. Make patients comfortable while they are waiting. Prepare and process medical insurance claim forms. Schedule appointments for patients, including confirmation and cancellations. Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales within the healthcare industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
