Qualification Required for Customer Service Representative Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in customer service software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
