The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimising engaging content that supports Betterhomes’ brand presence and business objectives. The candidate will help lead content development for key departments within Betterhomes, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Create, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and print materials. Lead content strategy and development for key departments across Betterhomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Contribute to PR efforts by drafting press releases, supporting journalist outreach, and helping build and maintain media relationships. Support event planning and execution by coordinating content, materials, and vendor communication, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Proofread and refine cross-departmental content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the Betterhomes tone of voice. Ensure all content tasks are completed on time, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality in a fast-moving real estate environment. Optimise content for SEO to improve search visibility and drive engagement. Monitor and report on content performance, using insights to refine strategy and enhance effectiveness. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining quality and consistency across channels. Stay informed on market trends, incorporating relevant insights into content planning and execution. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
