Dubai's Leading Real Estate Company Job Specifications Salary Range: Commission Only + Bonuses Hours: Full Time Location: Dubai Responsibilities Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include: Collecting information about off plan properties and new developments and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created • Keeping up to date with the rules, regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or metre etc within Dubai • Confident and clear communication with sellers, buyers and tenants as well as banks and other financial institutions • Creating and attending off plan property valuations • Creating and attending off plan property viewings • Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage • Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing • Keeping up to date with market trends in the local developer property market Qualifications • Off plan, Commercial or Residential real estate sales and or rental experience in the UAE and UK preferably • RERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this) • Positive and hard working attitude • Excellent written and communication skills in English • Fluency in second language advantageous • Presentable, professional and honest • Smart business dress is required at all times • Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards • You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company • An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player • UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car at your expense) Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Allsopp & Allsopp Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Sales Development Specialist” roles.
