Civil Engineer (Construction Management experience)

Job Description Civil Engineers are responsible for the conception, design, development, and management of projects in the built environment. Their key duties include: Reports To The Civil Engineer (Construction Management experience ) reports to the Head of Discipline, Civil & Structural. Job Overview Conduct site arrangement studies for accessibility, erection methods, and to ensure access for personnel, materials, and equipment. Review past construction experiences to identify lessons learned and propose improvements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for field activities. Contribute construction input to the Project master schedule, including development of construction logic, sequence planning, and activity durations. Assist in developing Project estimates and budgets, including transportation costs. Plan and identify all temporary works required during construction. Assess potential risks, materials, and costs involved in the project. Provide technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of construction and safety. Lead and supervise the construction team and on-site progress. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare bid proposals and environmental impact statements. Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and health and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders. Schedule material and equipment procurement and deliveries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 6-10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, coordination, analytical, and proactive approach, especially in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries. Knowledge of industry-specific software such as Auto CAD, Navisworks, and other CAD tools. Our vision: Home of the learning minds.
