Job Description Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters (Marketing, Operations, and Finance). Act as a first point of contact and respond quickly to partner restaurant queries or complaints, calls, and emails if the Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks accordingly. Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner. Set up and configure the system for new partners, conduct trainings, and address system issues from the vendor/partner side. Update and monitor the status of closed restaurants. Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, fill out restaurant contracts, and manage other sales-related data. Prepare contract delivery and pickup reports periodically. Manage the quality account of the restaurant, ensuring ongoing partner relationships and resolving operational issues between partner restaurants and users. Prepare reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant/call center personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software). Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including: Follow-up activities Transmission methods reports Contract delivery and pickup acknowledgment for new restaurants Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field MS Office, Excel Certification Must have a UAE Family Book Knowledge of CRM Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Software Development and IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at talabat by 2x.
