Apex Capital Real Estate (ACRE) is currently accepting applications for two (2) Russian Property Sales Consultants.About the opportunity This position will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.What You Will Do: Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial considerations.Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing insightful tours and information.Stay current on market trends, property values, and local real estate developments.Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and earn referrals.Guide clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.Generate new leads through the company database, referrals, and proactive networking.Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales administrators, and partner agencies to facilitate smooth transactions.Lead negotiations between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from initial viewing to offer and contract stage.ACRE offers: Multicultural and supportive team environment Mentorship from Sales Directors and Top Agents Ongoing training and development Full marketing support, including in-house photo and video team New office in Motor City (near restaurants and amenities)Unlimited potential to grow.
