Senior Institutional Sales Representative Dubai, UAE Dubai Match-Trade Technologies is a global provider of turnkey trading technology for Forex and CFD brokers. As part of the Match-Trade Group, we specialize in developing advanced trading platforms, liquidity solutions, CRM systems, and payment solutions tailored to brokers’ needs. With offices in Poland, Cyprus, and the UAE, we serve clients worldwide across various industries through our cutting-edge technology and services. We are actively seeking a talented Institutional Sales Representative (based in Dubai) to join our team and contribute to our success. At least 3 years of experience in the Forex/Financial Brokerage industry, with experience in offering CFD liquidity Extensive business network within the UAE is preferred Strong knowledge of FX markets and CFD specifics in the region Excellent interpersonal skills: sales-oriented, ability to maintain client interest, and close deals exceeding targets Proactive, able to generate and expand business independently Problem-solving skills, ability to work under deadlines, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities Fluent English; additional languages are an asset Experience in selling payment solutions or technology to brokers is advantageous Based in Dubai with willingness to travel for events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities Ability to generate leads through personal networks and networking events Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure Present products to prospective clients remotely or in person Prepare business plans for the targeted region Engage with prospective clients via email, social media, and phone calls Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams Stay informed about industry developments Represent the company at expos and external meetings Maintain an organized database of clients and prospects, providing ongoing support This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, weekends off).
