Aspects include: fuel pricing and arrangement, confirming fuel availability with vendors, following operational priorities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams. Process all fuel-related inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain liaison with clients, suppliers and into-plane agents as required. Ensure that all communications comply with AEG Policies and procedures. Required Skills and Experience MUST have language proficiency in Mandarin & English Experience of delivering high levels of customer service is essential. High level of understanding in basic mathematical computation and principles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Proficient knowledge in conversion of currency and units of measurement. Ability to establish priorities and complete objectives independently and within a team environment. Ability to handle and resolve problems. Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations. Flexibility to handle shift work.
