The role supports transaction execution, investment analysis, and ongoing portfolio management across a broad asset mix including operating companies, real estate, and special assets. The Investment & Execution Associate works closely with internal stakeholders, legal and financial advisors, and portfolio teams to ensure clarity and continuity across the full investment lifecycle.Main responsibilities: Support deal structuring, execution and closing (financials, legal, due diligence, data rooms)Assist in onboarding and ramp-up of new portfolio companies Track and report key milestones across investment lifecycle Maintain oversight of operational and financial KPIs in coordination with internal and external teams Prepare documentation for internal investment committees and external advisors Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics or related Master s degree in a leading business school is preferred CFA certification is preferred2-4 years in private equity/venture capital, M&A advisory or Big 4 Transaction Services Demonstrated ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong stakeholder management, and process coordination skills Benefits International team (over 60 nationalities)24 working days as annual leave Annual flight home Life insurance plan Medical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost) Job Details Role Level: Associate Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
