Finance Manager (Odoo ERP Specialist)

Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting: Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department. Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements. ERP & Process Leadership: Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows, reporting, and automation. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions for accuracy. Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Strategic & Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team. Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). At least 5 years in financial management, with 3 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory). Strong grasp of financial regulations, tax compliance, and IFRS/GAAP standards.
