360 Recruitment team leader

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven 360 Recruitment team leader to join our fast-growing recruitment and executive search firm in Dubai. This role is perfect for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering top IT talent to some of the world’s leading organizations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end candidate sourcing and delivery for IT and technology roles. Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to fulfil client hiring needs. Proactively source, screen, and qualify top IT professionals across various sectors, including software development, IT Infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and fintech. Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring swift and high-quality candidate placement. Utilize headhunting, job boards, Linked In Recruiter, and networking to identify top candidates. Conduct initial interviews, assess technical skills, and present shortlisted candidates to clients. Build strong relationships with candidates, providing market insights and career guidance. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: 3 - 5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in agency or executive search firm. Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and market trends. Exceptional sourcing skills with experience in Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively. Target-driven and results-oriented with a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Why Join Us?
