Description
Event Support : Accompany the robot during events, monitor its performance, and safeguard it. Maintenance : Maintain and manage robots in good condition. Clean premises, offer refreshments to clients, and support logistics and delivery of robots. Test Performance : Record test procedures and results. Install, program, and repair controllers, tools, and conveyors. Inspect installation sites and train operators on robotics usage. Customer Support : Respond to customer questions via call, chat, email, and walk-in in a timely and accurate manner, either by answering or passing to the appropriate support staff. Manage technical requests onsite or coordinate with team members for resolution. Event Participation : Actively participate in company events such as Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Internships, Exhibitions, and Expos. Requirements Degree in a technology-related field. Exceptional computer skills in IT hardware, including Microsoft Office, Zoho Finance, Zoho CRM Plus. Attention to detail: consistent, accurate, and thorough. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with good phone and email etiquette. Ability to work under deadlines, provide timely reports and feedback. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
