Job Title: Project Manager Location : Dubai, UAE Job Type : Full Time Job Summary: An organizational role dedicated to supporting the planning and execution of exhibitions and events. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. A UAE driver's license is required and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Key Responsibilities : Support the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions and events projects. Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, and progress reports. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met. Manage onsite setup, troubleshooting, and post-event follow-ups. Ensure compliance with project budgets and quality standards. Qualifications : Previous experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally in the exhibitions/events industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, familiar with AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT), and effective in professional communication and correspondence.
