Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence. Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases both digitally and physically. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents. Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments. Assist other departments with data entry, documentation, and scheduling as needed. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support management with routine tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. A professional demeanor and a willingness to take initiative.
