Joinery Foreman – Furniture Division
Description
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to lead and oversee our furniture joinery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery works, especially in the furniture sector, and experience managing teams on-site to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and on time. Responsibilities: Supervise, lead, and manage a team of joiners and carpenters on furniture joinery projects. Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure team productivity. Ensure all work is completed to company and client standards, including quality control and safety measures. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Coordinate with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines. Provide hands-on support where necessary, ensuring high-quality finishes and detailing in furniture pieces. Ensure proper use of tools and machinery, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Report progress, challenges, and updates to project managers Qualifications: Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman in the furniture industry. Strong knowledge of furniture joinery techniques and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in construction and joinery. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
