Position Overview As an IT Technician, you will report to the IT Manager at your home site and work closely with the business, colleagues, and remote support teams to implement and maintain infrastructure elements. You will represent the ‘face of IT’ to the Business and thrive in providing world-class service to our customers. You will be a key part of a multinational, diverse team, delivering high-quality results and seeking continuous improvements. Business Area: Operations – Fulfillment Centre and Logistics The IT Operation team supports the IT Infrastructure at each Amazon site and provides IT support to our customer base. Why Join Our Team? What We Are Looking For Putting customers first, you will provide first-level support to ensure all IT equipment and infrastructure operate optimally, meeting departmental KPIs and SLAs across your site and remote locations. Key Responsibilities Ownership of health & safety standards, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. Installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment. Asset and inventory management. Coordinate with third-party vendors and external suppliers. Maintain high availability of IT infrastructure through proactive maintenance. Support site and team projects and initiatives. Conduct end-user equipment trials and testing. Assist senior engineers as needed. Support shifts and occasional changes in working hours are required. Basic Qualifications Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, Comp TIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux in a corporate setting. We are committed to an inclusive culture.
