Job Purpose The candidate will be responsible to conduct trigger reviews within the banking environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.Tasks And Responsibilities Conduct trigger reviews as per bank policies and procedures. Perform 360 holistic enhance due diligence reviews. Analyze and assess transactions and accounts to identify potential compliance issues. Researching and understanding profiles as well as unwrapping UBOs of entities. Collaborate with cross functional teams to address concerns. Generate comprehensive proposals on the trigger review findings, highlighting areas of concerns and mitigating the risks. Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. Robust maintenance, update and reporting of MIS without errors. Obtain refresher training as and when required. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, law). Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role in the financial services industry, preferably Retail Bank, Private Bank and C&IB Bank in a recognized market. Professional certification such as CAMS or CGSS are a plus. Proficiency with MS applications such as Excel, Word, etc. and data analytics tools is advantageous. Good understanding and awareness of regulatory requirements, international best practice, Anti Money Laundering and Sanctions requirements, especially the UAE Central Bank. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret. Problem identification and solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills and adherence to deadlines. Having the willingness to learn. UAE experience preferred.
