About The Role Assists the Assistant Outlet Manager and/or the Outlet Manager within the limits of the established Hotel policies and Operational Standards, and provides efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service. Works with a team spirit and ensures that each guest leaves the outlet fully satisfied and with the wish to return back. Key Duties And Responsibilities Distribute the work for the team, including the need to multi-skill in employees' job requirements. Ensure information is properly passed on to the team (briefings and debriefings). Ensure the point of sale is prepared to a high standard. Take guests' orders. Ensure equipment is used correctly. Manage the flow of guests, placement at tables, and reservations considering the overall activity level. Check the quality and speed of waiter service. Manage the outlet efficiently according to the established concept standards. Maintain par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies and assist in inventory checks. Assist in controlling requisitioning, storage, and careful use of equipment and supplies. Plan and organize festive food promotions with the outlet manager. Maintain the Daily Log Book. Assist in planning weekly work schedules to ensure adequate staffing. Maintain the outlet bulletin board. Perform duties efficiently and productively. Conduct regular inventory of operating equipment. Handle guest inquiries courteously and report issues to supervisors for follow-up. Project a warm, professional, and welcoming image. Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationships. Set up the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and quality of all equipment and tableware. Supervise the end-of-day closing procedures. Check the standard and quality of food and beverages leaving the kitchen. Address any additional needs of guests. Supervise outlet staff for smooth daily operations. Experience & Educational Requirements Hotel or Restaurant Management Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent. HACCP certification. 2-3 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel. Initiative and commitment to achieve goals. Attention to detail and quality. Organizational skills for results. Teamwork and effective communication. Friendly, patient, and guest-oriented. Leadership qualities. Sales acumen and dynamic approach. Thorough and organized.
