We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at fäm Properties, Dubai’s largest and most tech-driven real estate brokerage. In this role, you will be the backbone of one of our sales team's operations—ensuring lead management, listing accuracy, CRM updates, and smooth communication between departments to support our agents and deliver exceptional service to clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Communication Manage all incoming calls from potential listings and clients.Accurately input new lead details into the CRM system.Distribute verified leads to the relevant Sales & Leasing Advisors.Attendance & Meeting Coordination Monitor attendance of the Sales & Leasing team.Organize and attend bi-weekly sales meetings; consolidate and circulate “hot property” lists.Listing & CRM Management Publish finalized property listings across multiple portals. Ensure listings are well-presented and competitive by coordinating with the Marketing team. Enter promoted listings and off-plan projects into the CRM, including developer details, project features, launch/completion dates, and images. Maintain up-to-date information on all listings and ensure timely reflection of sales or leasing progress in CRM. Technical & Marketing Coordination Serve as the point-of-contact between the Marketing team and Dubizzle. Verify that all property content across electronic platforms is accurate and aligned with branding standards. Deal Support & Documentation Assist Sales & Leasing Advisors with the preparation of Deal Submission Forms. Follow up on the deal submission process and keep the Project Director informed of the status. Administrative & Client Service Support Provide general administrative support during peak periods. Uphold fäm Properties’ client service standards and contribute to an excellent client experience. Requirements: Proven experience in a coordination or support role, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
