As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in the testing and quality assurance of our web-based digital products, helping to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our users. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment with exposure to real-world product development and testing processes.Responsibilities General Responsibilities: Assist in testing web applications across various devices and browsers to identify bugs and usability issues Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage Create, document, and execute test cases based on functional specifications Report and track bugs using issue management tools Support the QA team in maintaining and improving testing procedures and documentation Requirements Education & Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Familiarity with software testing principles and web technologies Previous internship or academic experience in a related area is a plus Technical Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Git) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Soft Skills & Competencies: Eagerness to learn and take initiative Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
