Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Account Managers to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in sales and business development, with a strong focus on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. As part of the sales team, you will be provided with pre-qualified leads and will be responsible for converting them into long-term clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring clients receive ongoing support, product insights, and personalized solutions to maximize their engagement and investment. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads, provided by the company Deliver effective sales pitches, product knowledge, and efficient proposals Overcome objections, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain engagement. Provide clients with ongoing product support, insights, and updates Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs Collaborate with senior sales reps and managers to develop expansion strategies Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the Forex or financial services industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Knowledge of multiple CRM software tools is a plus. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
