What Youll Do As an Account Manager , youll be the key contact for our clients most important customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience with their Legal Tech solutions . Your role will focus on: Building & nurturing client relationships to drive engagement. Educating customers to enhance their digital legal processes . Identifying up-selling & cross-selling opportunities to grow the business. Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to strategize account expansion. Tracking & analyzing customer success data to drive improvements. What You Need 7+ years of Saa S experience (Account Management/Management Consulting). Strong sales & negotiation skills to manage the full sales cycle . Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities . Tech-savvy (Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, Jira, CLM software).
