HR Graduate Currently working in Finerton DMCC Role Overview As an Operator at Finerton , you will lead regional logistics execution, overseeing Controllers, Expeditors, and ground teams to ensure smooth operations, alignment, and issue resolution. You will play a key role in enhancing cross-border planning, client coordination, and overall performance across multiple logistics functions. Key Responsibilities Supervise Controllers in job execution and reporting. Manage escalations, risk events, and client exceptions. Standardize SOPs and drive operational best practices. Coordinate with transport, customs, warehouse, and planning teams. Oversee high-priority client reports and SLA performance. Lead training, reviews, and team development. Support process optimization and system improvements. Provide operational insights to senior leadership. Lead weekly reviews and escalation forums. Requirements 6–8 years in logistics or transport operations, with team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of transport documentation and compliance (Africa-focused). Proven performance in operational execution and warehouse coordination. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SOPs, ERP/TMS platforms, and logistics tools.
