Maintain strong relationships with partners and negotiate favorable terms. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of five years experience in a logistics operations role. Strong proficiency with logistics software and technology platforms. Demonstrated experience in successful team management and leadership. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder negotiations.
