Posted on 21/03/2025 Assist EIW & NWP Project Control Lead in the development of the various contractual strategies. Ensure regular reporting of its activities to the Project Control Lead. Develop and maintain contractual requirements to monitor progress execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of contractual aspects. Provide oversight and guidance on contractual tools, techniques, and best practices. KEY ACTIVITIES Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture by ensuring that all contractual items are performed safely and in compliance with the company’s HSE standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits of project contractual items to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure the administration of current contract, including interfaces with technical teams. Support the preparation of contractual claims and change management processes. Ensure compliance with the rules established by Total Energies & the Project relating to contractual procedures. Requirements Professional Experience Minimum 10 years in project control roles in Oil and Gas projects. Experience in similar position. At least 5 years in a Contract Engineer position. Technical Skills Expertise in Contracts-Purchases, Legal environment, SAP/UNISUP, Insurance, Taxation and Safety-Environment. Strong analytical skills for contractual aspects and claim management. Knowledge of risk management practices and earned value management techniques. Level / Diploma Degree in Engineering or Law. Languages Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Soft Skills Ensure effective integration of legal, contractual and commercial practices to support project objectives. Contribute to the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of EIW components by maintaining robust contractual controls. Provide timely and accurate contractual data and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making by stakeholders. Identify, mitigate, and report risks associated with contractual exposure to ensure protection of interests of the COMPANY. Ensure that Total Energies policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures are enforced and shall take any action necessary to maintain the quality of Contracts administration activities to the highest level.
