As our Recruitment Specialist , you’ll play a key role in building a strong, diverse, and ready-to-deliver workforce across our service lines—Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, Leisure, Building Services, and more. You'll own the hiring journey from sourcing to selection, ensuring each candidate experience reflects our people-first values and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles across multiple departments Proactively source candidates via job boards, social platforms, agencies, and referrals Screen and shortlist profiles based on role-specific and cultural fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback loops Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local sourcing partners Collaborate with the PRO team to process visas and resolve government-related requirements efficiently Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting with operational leaders Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation for audits Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth candidate-to-employee transitions **Desired Candidate Profile** Who You Are You have 3–5 years of recruitment experience in FM, hospitality, or manpower supply You’re proactive, people-focused, and know how to find quality candidates at scale You’re detail-oriented, organized, and love working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit You’re proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi is a strong advantage UAE experience and knowledge of labor regulations is a strong plus Why Strive?
