The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and executing marketing strategies to enhance our offerings within the public sector. This role requires a deep understanding of government processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote government services, driving business growth in line with company targets. Build and maintain relationships with government clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Identify new business opportunities within the public sector, including tenders, contracts, and government projects. Create and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and interest in government services, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet the specific requirements of government clients. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team. Stay updated on government regulations, policies, and trends that impact the services provided. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services and expand the company s visibility. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the government services sector. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tendering, and contract management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and decision-makers. Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Key Skills: Relationship-building and networking.
