This position is responsible for safely managing the aircraft loading process, communicating with pilots regarding drop zones, overseeing skydiver landings, and handling incidents that may occur. Work closely with the manifest to ensure correct and safe boarding of passengers. Communicate with pilots about weather conditions, airspace, and drop zones. Monitor weather and make safety decisions in coordination with management. Observe all openings/landings and communicate safety advice to skydivers. Coordinate with air traffic control to ensure safe operations. Set up ground control daily, including radio checks, airspace opening, landing area preparation, and fueling. Maintain all equipment and vehicles, including inspections and proper storage. Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of transportation vehicles. Provide immediate assistance during incidents, including first aid and emergency coordination. Possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
